Our mission is even more meaningful now that our everyday lives are still challenged with this pandemic. It is important for us to reach out to those shut-in, or shut-out of their ability to tune into their bones and joints through the joy of movement. Therefore, we are determined to find a way to share our dancing hearts with them. Get ALL the intensity and fun of our dance workouts, without having to go anywhere.
